After a 30-plus year recovery journey in logistics, I found myself facing the harsh reality that the industry I loved was too dependent on people working through exhaustion. Something inside me had shifted. For the first time in my life, I recognized that the bonds and strengths I'd developed through shipments still needed to move, customers still needed updates, and terms were overwhelmed across the globe.

I didn't set out to build a software platform. I set out to solve a pain I lived through. It was struggling to keep the freight world turning while recovering, imagining what thousands of logistics teams were experiencing daily.
