When are commissions paid?
Within 30 days of cleared client payment. Recurring commissions are paid on each renewal cycle.
Do I have to provide support?
Referral Agents do not. Authorized Resellers provide basic L1 support; ImEx handles platform updates & issues.
Can I white-label the portal?
Yes. Strategic Partner agreements offer co-brand or white-label options, including per-office or per-country licensing.
Is there a quota?
No quota for Referral/Reseller tiers. Exclusivity for Strategic Partners may require minimums.
